Rooted in
the theories of the "Healing the Family Systems" work of Carin Block and
Chloe Wordworth's "The Energetics of Relationship" course,
we realize that all systems or groups have an energy or a conscience
created by the participation of a group, it's rules and the
contributions made to the group by it's participants over time.
We honor those that have
gone before us and whose contributions have provided a platform or
'shoulders to stand on' for our future leaders, initiative and strategic
directions. We thank them and honor them for what they have
contributed and acknowledge their place in our organization.

Inducted
February 21 2009 - Crystal joined the interim board in
2004 as the secretary. Her legal background together
with her practice and understanding of the Resonance
Repatterning system (then known as Holographic Repatterning)
assisted the board in integrating the trade association
We appreciate Crystal for
many contributions including the establishment and approval
of our By-Laws, her collaborative work on the license
agreement between certified practitioners and Chloe
Wordsworth, the founder of Resonance Repatterning and her
guidance in the re-naming of the association. These
contributions have created a long lasting organizational
structure within which practitioners are empowered to govern
their joint affairs, initiate any number of projects
and programs that serve to support all practitioners while
advancing positive public awareness of our services.

February 21 2009 - In the organizations interim period
of 2004-2005, Kathy responded to a call for action to
address the organization's Certification protocals.
Woking diligentally with the team of Liz Tobin, Meryl
Chodosh Weiss, Victoria Benoit and Joelle Mann, they met
weekly for over a year to review the certification
requirements in depth, revising the certification manual to
be consistent and reflect the values of the association and
inherent in the Resonance Repatterning system.
Kathy went on to chair the committee which became and
official arm of the board. In this capacity, Kathy
anchored the implementation of the revised certification
system proposing and developing further policy needs.
Kathy's vision and
contribution has established a certification system that
provides prospective
candidates with clear direction on the process leading to
the recommendation for certification and a committee process
that supports this organizational function. Our
certification system is now one that provides consistency
and meets the criteria of a trade association. A
strong certification system is a key component of any successful
trade association and we are grateful for the contribution Kathy
has made in this regard. |
