Whether you are already a member or deciding on the value of renewing or joining read through the following list and activate your membership benefits! Are You Getting the Most From Your Membership Fees? Take the Quiz CERTIFICATION o Student practitioners are supported in their journey towards certification with news, resources and places to connect with peers and have questions answered at the The Certification Program Web Pages . If you are student who has completed the required training, have you declared your intention to be certified? Visit the website The Certification Program o Practitioners who have achieved certification are entered in our registry and have the option of having their names displayed at our website for the public www.Repatterning.org . Check your listing to make sure its up to date. Web changes could take up to 3 weeks. Note - If your membership has lapsed chances are your listing has been removed. o Certified Practitioners are entitled to sign the license agreement with Chloe F. Wordsworth for use of her trademark name and logo. If you have not already signed, visit: http://www.rpamembers.org/Licenses/license.asp PROMOTION OF MEMBERS - Remembering our new mandate as a trade association is to promote a favorable environment for practitioners to have successful practices one of our chief promotional vehicles is to promote Practitioners at www.holographic.org . This site helps all certified practitioners gain a web presence and be easily found online with the following optional participation areas: o Testimonials - Each practitioner is welcomed to submit 1-2 testimonials and 1 article for publication on the website. To submit your testimonial visit Testimonials o Articles - Each member is welcomed to submit articles for publication in our quarterly HR journal. In the coming months selected articles will also be published at the repatterning.org website. Our plan is to have 1-2 articles per member published at the site over the next few years. (coming soon) o Introductory Events - Each practitioner may post their generic Introductory Event with Tag line at the http://www.repatterning.org site. To submit your Introductory event visit: Introductory Events o Volunteer to do a World Peace Hologram Session – we all agree that this ever popular program is done by practitioners from the heart and for a greater good. However, we also noticed that practitioners listed to do a session or who have their bio at the www.worldpeacehologram.org website are also picked up quickly by GOOGLE. If every practitioner did 2 group proxy sessions per year, each day of the year would nearly be covered with a World Peace Hologram session! Are you signed up to do sessions for our World Peace Hologram Program? Certified Members please visit the registration center at http://www.worldpeacehologram.org/Practitioner/administration.asp o Credibility - Be sure to let your clients know that your credentials are supported by a voluntary self-regulatory association and publish the page link showing any of your listings ( certification, articles etc.) Your public credibility increases when you are seen as supported by your peers and others. PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT - While our mandate is no longer the teaching and learning of the basic Resonance Repatterning training, we are as an association in the position to lobby for any training that practitioners may need such as ethics training or the need for supervision workshops for certification candidates. Our continuing education role is to provide accessible classes for members that provide skills for managing the business of having a Resonance Repatterning practice. In the past 2 years we have offered teleseminars, to achieve this goal and for IDeclare students have lobbied for programs that meet their needs. o E-Learning Survey – Let the Association know what your needs and preferences are for TeleSeminars by completing this on-going survey. Information is collected ongoing and used by the board to make decisions for classes for the following year. Complete the survey online at: http://www.rpamembers.org/Programs/esurvey.asp o Attend a Class – in 2009 we have 2 - 3 TeleSeminars scheduled each year based on your feedback. o Check the latest listing at the Teleseminar events page o Propose a Course – We believe all of our members have gifts and talents to share with each other. Your years of experience and wisdom and use of Resonance Repatterning makes you unique! If you have a teleclass course idea you feel would benefit HRA members, we would love to receive your proposal. Visit: http://www.rpamembers.org/Programs/courseproposals.htm COMMUNICATIONS – It’s a big job but our organization has the capacity to spread the word through our RPA Journal and Regular Email announcements

o Annual Membership Survey – We are continually listening to the needs of our members and responding with the resources and collective initiative possible. We ask that you complete the annual members survey as part of your membership renewal. Results are reported to the board and written up annual for the Journal. http://www.hramembers.org/Membership/MemberSurvey.asp? o RPAJournal – online. The journal is the number one benefit mentioned by all members and our most costly service. The purpose of the journal is to inform members of Association news, policy and to feature articles that help us collectively expand our understanding and awareness of the value of Resonance Repatterning in the literature. o Receive the Journal - Up to date members receive the journal online and have access to the journal archives from 2002- the present!
o
Access the
Journal Online at
o
Send in letters to the editor o Submit an article for the Journal http://www.hramembers.org/Programs/callforpapers.htm o Purchase Advertising in the journal – The audience is small ( 300 approximately) but reaches a very targeted group. Consider having a long term running ad for your classes, proxy sessions, or other Resonance Repatterning related activities you feel your peers would be interested in. Remember it takes several glimpses of a regular ad for a consumer to notice you and respond. So advertise your events early, and regularly. http://www.hramembers.org/Programs/Advertising.htm o RadioCast – our use of audio technology on the web! Our new host Patti Towhill is collecting topics and speakers for the coming year. You can listen to our growing archive of past speakers. Visit RadioCast to o Listen to past audios http://www.hramembers.org/Programs/radiocastcenter.asp
o
Propose Speakers and topics: o Sign up to be part of the telephone live audience http://www.hramembers.org/Programs/radiocastcenter.asp EMPOWERMENT, COLLABORATION AND YOUR INVOLVEMENT - since 2005 the association has fully integrated it's capacity to be a self-regulated not-for-profit agency that benefits all of its members. Our success is dependant on the participation and support of our members alone. o Public Relations Events - World Peace Hologram – Help organize and keep this project going! Visit http://www.hramembers.org/Projects/peace.asp for details. o Governance - The association is governed by a 12 person board and committees appointed as needed. Our bylaws require that members serve 2 year terms on the board to ensure a continual renewal of the governance model. o Meet the Board Members - Be introduced to the current board members and their plans for the association in the next little while. Read the long and short term plan the current http://www.hramembers.org/BoardRoom/boardroom.asp o Join a Committee or Project of the Board - If each member makes a contribution to the whole in any way that they can … we become so much more! Involvement and leadership in the HRA has no special requirements beyond a willingness to commit and work together. Find out where your talents are needed and consider being involved in the coming year. Visit http://www.hramembers.org/BoardRoom/boardroom.asp o Join the Journal committee and help generate articles for the next 8 journals. o Join the World Peace Hologram as a Admin volunteer and help write the monthly newsletter to this group, monitor web content and look for ways to promote the program. o Join the Membership committee and help organize “Cluster” groups for networking and collaborating; welcome new members, review the results of the annual survey and make membership recommendations to the board o Join the Board of Directors and help contribute to the ongoing leadership initiatives of the HRA! Every member is qualified to serve on the board of directors. The diverse talents and skills each member brings, helps us to learn from each other and create informed decisions that we intend will serve the association for the next 100 years! We have only just begun our work collaborating as practitioners. Our accomplishments over the past 2-3 years have been primarily in establishing a structure from which to operate virtually.
Our
challenge for the next few years is to continue evolving our
certification program, services to members and to expand our strategies for
promotion among the general public. These may include, speakers
bureau’s, magazine ad’s and articles published in national
publications. We also dream of once again offering a national
conference to meet face to face at least every 2 years.
Remember –together we are more!
