Orientation is an amazing process in RR that doesn't always get the props as a stand-alone repatternng that can take you to a deep place inside yourself. It is so beneficial to deal with the issues and blocks contained within it that can impede our ability to get all we need from further repatternings. 
For this conference, we created a sound addition to our regular orientation. We are addressing any blocks that would impede us from utilizing sound in a balanced beneficial way, in as many different areas as we could determine. Today we will concentrate on the sound section for familiarity and will add in the rest of the orientation starting tomorrow. Here's the written version: SOUND SECTION ADDITION TO ORIENTATION D.5 (mcs) Orientation to sound is needed? (Insert after D in Orientation) Do {a-h} in sequence a. (mcs) Clearing blocks in the hearing organ structure and it's fields is needed? "I cleanse clear and release any and all forms of blocks, so that I can accurately hear all sounds. Restore balance to all structures both physical and etheric." (mcs) gmc/specific?>[cr] (will be off/umb off). b. (mcs) Clearing blocks to being able to listen to sound is needed? "I cleanse, clear and release any and all forms of blocks to listening to sound." (mcs) gmc/specific?> [cr] (will be off/umb off). c. (mcs) Clearing blocks to my body and energy system accepting sound is needed? "I cleanse, clear and release any and all forms of blocks in my physical body and energy fields that prevent me from accepting sound." (mcs) gmc/specific?>[cr] (will be off/umb off).
d. (mcs) Clearing blocks to how I hear sound is needed? Sound is (disturbed, distorted, dissonant, out-of-sync, missing). (mcs) gmc/specific?>[cr] (will be off/umb off). e. (mcs) Clearing blocks to hearing the sounds of the natural world is needed? "I cleanse, clear and release any and all forms of blocks that interfer with hearing the sounds of the natural world." (mcs) Clearing blocks to hearing the sounds of Spirit (the voice of God (Source), informaiton from guides and angels, celestial music, other) is needed/ "I cleanse, clear and release any and all forms of blocks that interfere with hearing the Sounds of Spirit." (mcs) gmc/specific?>[cr] (will be off/ umb off). h. (mcs) Clearing blocks to hearing my own sound (your inner voice, your resonant note, other) is needed? After finding out what is needed, you can muscle check for a spiral up option. If that information is not available to you , you can place one hand on your heart and one hand on your solar plexus, take a deep breath in through your nose and tone whatever note comes out of you. Do this 3 times, or until your tone is clear and smooth., no breaks, no coughing, or gasping for breath. IT is ok for the note to change as you are toning.
