BIO - I am a Holographic Coach, community leader, program developer and quilter. In my personal life, I explore the world of patterns through textiles.  In my professional work, I explore patterns through energy work, to help my clients resolve long standing problems and issues and live a life of fulfillment and happiness.

I believe we are living in a time of transformation, at the frothy edge of change, where knowledge, technology, and personal potential collide. Every one of us  contributes to the renaissance  and unlike other generations we have the opportunity to live our true purpose and potential for a life of personal fulfillment... but sometimes we need help to move past the old patterns of being. This is where I  can help you and  bring many strengths to this process especially compassion, intuition and understanding.

Topic: Resonate With Patterns Of Luck Synchronicity And Flow 

In this workshop & repatterning session, participants will learn about the theories around luck, synchronicity and flow states of awareness that underlie our resonance (or lack of ) with these qualities. 

When we experience the energetic states of luck, synchronicity and flow, life can feel magical, wonderful, and like we are in love with life itself. Most people experience some aspect of these states in at least a few life events - falling in love, getting married, being promoted, landing a new career job or yes,... winning a lottery or other game of chance.

 

While it may blow our energy circuits to be in a state of flow, good luck and synchronicity all the time, you may wish to cultivate the ability to call on these qualities when you need them. Your “To Do” list, big project at work, vacation plans etc. may all benefit. To be in this state, also means that we must be able to let go of patterns and negative beliefs that habitually block our success if only temporarily. Awareness of our own mind chatter that routinely cancels our state of luck, synchronicity and flow includes saying things like ‘I am so unlucky’, “I will never be able to…”, “I can’t focus.” Etc.

In this workshop I will draw on the work of three authors who address aspects of our topic.

Richard Wiseman, a researcher who has studied and identified the characteristics of lucky people and whether we can cultivate these traits in his book "The Luck Factor: The Scientific Study of the Lucky Mind"

Deepak Chopra - who has written many books explaining synchronicity, including “Synchrodestiny: Harnessing the Infinite Power of Coincidence to Create Miracles" c2004. He talks extensively on the spiritual quality of minding coincidences and finding their true messages to support our life path. He calls this synchro destiny.

Steven Kotler and Jamie Wheal authors of Stealing Fire: How Silicon Valley, the Navy SEALs, and Maverick Scientists Are Revolutionizing the Way We Live and Work c2018 - have studied many organizations and situations that capture the state of 'flow' and identified four main qualities that underlie this state.
