The note of E flat

Let's face it, depending on the author and on the modality used, almost anything can be attributed to a note. We decided to work with the note of E flat as it is associated with where we are as beings in this universe  at this time. It is also a bridge between where we are as individuals  and where we are in our relationships. In order to have strong  balanced relationship with others, we need to have a good balanced relationship with our selves and feel good about our self-esteem, our self worth and our self -acceptance. We need to feel about and do for ourselves the way we are willing to feel about and do for others and visa-versa.

You can see that this idea is coming out into the group consciousness. There is even a personality who signs off his program with "If you can't love yourself, how the heck are you gonna love somebody else".

If you wish to work on your chakras, it would be good to work on your solar plexus (self-identity and the other selfs) and your heart chakra.  We've noticed that when people come for chakra work, many of them want to know how big their heart chakra is, how far it extends from their body, how much energy is flowing outward--like it's a badge or something. Disregarding the fact that our chakras are not static but changing, opening and closing depending on our energy, emotional state, and what the energy that is around us is doing (it's part of our protection system) it may not be so good to have so much going out from the heart chakra if your energy does not have  a good anchor within.

So, how do we work on this? The next time something happens that results in you going into your self-judgment spiels, (come on, you know we all get down on ourselves) stop, and recognize what you are saying to yourself and usually how harshly you are saying it and judging yourself. Then, imagine that your loved one is coming to you and describing to you what you are going through--how would you answer them? Usually, we are much more lenient and understanding of others than ourselves. Take what you would have told your loved one and apply it to yourself. Can you accept it?

Sometimes, we have the opposite issue. We are fine and dandy with ourselves, but judge others waaay too harshly. Take what you tell yourself and apply it to others. Can you?

Play with toning the E flat while keeping your attention on your heart  chakra and on your solar plexus chakra feeling for wholeness and completeness. Where does the sound go easily? Where doesn't it go?

Place one hand on each chakra and tone the energy flowing between them.

This note is associated with the organs that lie between the 2 chakras: the liver, the spleen, the stomach, the pancreas, the small intestines --the digestive system. It also supports the spine where the lumbar and thoracic vertebrae meet. Try toning these areas also.
