    Love this, thank you, Sofia!

I have been spending at least 20 minutes in the sun each day, breathing a counted breath with a hold at the top.  It is helping me regulate my chronic sacrum pain.

I too watched that episode and that lead me to watch “ The Earthing movie”.  It was enlightening and I have since been spending 20 minutes a day walking barefoot in the grass. I have felt calmer and more in tune with myself. I am very drawn to nature but this was something I had mostly lost “touch” with. Thank you for sharing and check out earthing.com for ways to connect to the ground when it’s too cold to go barefoot outside. Xx

lovely synchronicity .Thank you Sophia . I was reminded to do this a few days ago and have been walking out into my garden daily to recharge on the dew laden grass early in the mornings. Delicious feeling as I feel the energy flowing in through the soles of my feet right up to my shoulders, neck and head. tingles all over.

zip ups keep coming up at the moment along with the thymus tap. all relevant.

I enjoy going barefoot on the earth, too

a favourite on mine is rubbing my hands together and place on both sides of my face with the thumbs below the ears and fingers above. Feeling the bones in the hands and skull gently squeeze the hands a few times. Then nod head slightly while holding the face and relaxing and supporting the jaw. Great for releasing tension in the face and neck. Coming back to awareness of oneself

    Hi everyone,

I recently rediscovered Grounding/Earthing as a wonderful healing practice and I am determined to do it daily - despite the fact that it we're moving into winter here in Sao Paulo.

I was hoping some of you would share other practices you do to enhance your well-being and health.

    With love and gratitude
